Preventive care includes:

Preventive care does not include:

Diagnosing, discussing or treating new symptoms
Managing chronic diseases (such as obesity, diabetes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, depression, anxiety, dementia, etc.)
Following up on previously diagnosed conditions
